Check-in and Check-out Procedures

• Check-in is available after the designated time; enter the provided code to unlock the door.
• Before sharing check-in information, you must fill out and sign the rental agreement once your booking is confirmed.

Property Access

• This unit is located in Building 1 on the 4th floor.
• All buildings at the resort feature elevators for accessibility.
• Units are wheelchair accessible.
• Public parking and a trolley stop at the bottom of the hill provide access to attractions in Pigeon Forge for a nominal fee of $0.50.

Policies and Rules

• GUEST MAKING RESERVATION MUST BE 23 OR OLDER.
• A $250 security deposit will be temporarily held on your credit card for any damages that may occur after your stay.
• ABSOLUTELY NO HOUSE PARTIES.
• Family groups only. If a group misrepresents themselves, they will be required to vacate the premises immediately without refund.
• Management reserves the right to refund deposits, refuse rental, or discontinue occupancy if the tenant is considered detrimental to the property.
• Grilling is prohibited on decks, balconies, and directly adjacent to buildings.
• No fireworks of any kind are allowed.
• NO PETS ALLOWED (resort policy).
• NO SMOKING INSIDE CONDO.
• Smoking is not permitted in any residence. A $150 fee may be charged for ionization if smoking is detected in the property.
• The resort is pet-free, smoke-free, and strictly prohibits trailers.
• Trailer or car hauler parking is prohibited; alternative arrangements can be coordinated through property management.
• Premises are to be used only for residential purposes. No animals are permitted.
• Tenant must observe and comply with all restrictions, laws, and ordinances affecting the premises or occupancy.
• No use of the premises or acts are allowed which will increase the existing rate of insurance upon the premises or cause cancellation of any insurance policy covering the premises.

Cancellation, Fees, and Payments

• CANCELLATION/DEPOSIT REFUND POLICY: If you cancel your reservation more than 14 days in advance of your arrival date, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to your arrival date, you will forfeit the entire rental fee. All cancellations must be made by phone at 855-44-SWEET. Reservations cannot be canceled online.
• The company reserves the right to cancel the booking for any reason. In this instance, all monies paid to the owner will be refunded. The company will not be liable for any other costs incurred by the client. The company is not liable for loss or delay incurred by fire, flood, terrorist activity, political unrest, strikes, riots, war, technical or weather problems with transport, adverse weather conditions, or any other event beyond their control.

• A $150 fee may be charged for ionization if smoking in the property is detected.
• Reservations do not include expenses and items not mentioned, including but not limited to: transportation, tips for personal services, meals, insurance, telephone calls, and other items of a personal nature.

Parking Information

• Each unit offers free parking for one car.
• Trailer or car hauler parking is prohibited; alternative arrangements can be coordinated through property management.
• Public parking and a trolley stop at the bottom of the hill provide access to various attractions in Pigeon Forge for a nominal fee of $0.50.

Utilities and Amenities Access

• Complimentary Wi-Fi and cable TV are available in the rooms. Local phone service is available.
• The kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and stove/oven. Dishes, glassware, pot and pan sets, toaster, blender, and coffee maker are provided. Specialized items such as a wok, rice steamer, or crockpot are not provided.
• Sheets and towel sets are provided for your stay and cannot be changed out during your stay.
• A washer and dryer are available in the unit. A single-use box of detergent is provided; please bring extra if needed.
• An iron and ironing board are included.
• The outdoor pool is heated seasonally in April and May, depending on the outside temperature. The indoor pool is heated year-round.
• The resort grounds feature gathering and picnic areas, outdoor grills, a quarter-mile walking trail on a five-acre green space, tetherball, volleyball court, horseshoes, two playgrounds, basketball court, and shuffleboard.
• All buildings feature elevators.

Safety and Emergency Information

• Use of the swimming pool or other property facilities is at your own risk. Injury, damage, or loss to the client's property is the client's responsibility.
• Tenant assumes all risk of damage to personal property of both landlord and tenant, including household furniture and goods during use and occupancy.
• Tenant agrees to hold landlord harmless from and indemnify landlord against such risks.

Special Benefits and Extras

• One free admission daily is provided to selected attractions, including Dollywood, Hatfield & McCoy Feud and Dinner Show, and The Pirate Show Dinner Show. No timeshare presentations or mandatory purchases are involved.
• One ticket choice per day of stay is included from an activities package totaling $1,059 with partner Xplorie.

Other Critical Details

• Sheets and towel sets are provided, but cannot be changed out during the stay.
• The property is located on Plaza Drive between traffic lights 0 and 1, behind Country Tonight in the entertainment district, with a trolley stop at the main road offering rides for $0.50.
• Dollywood, softball fields, and The Island (featuring Margaritaville and Paula Deen's) are approximately 2 miles away.
